Who we are

helpsyoulearn (https://helpsyoulearn.com) is operated by Shashwat Aditya, individual proprietor, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing to a tutor, you agree to these terms.

The service

We build and run AI tutors, each focused on a specific learning goal and living at its own subdomain of helpsyoulearn.com. A subscription gives you access to practice sessions with the tutor you subscribed to.

Every tutor is an AI system, not a human being. We state this on every page. Tutors are built, configured, and reviewed by our studio, but their responses are generated by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes. They are a practice and preparation aid — not a substitute for official study materials, licensed instruction, or professional advice.

No outcome guarantees

We do not guarantee any exam result, score, certification, admission, or other outcome. How you perform depends on many factors outside our control. Anyone who tells you software can guarantee a test result is misleading you; we won't.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) and able to enter a contract. Keep your account credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Each tutor offers a 3-day trial that requires a payment card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and the card is charged. You can cancel at any time; see our refunds & cancellation policy for exactly how, and for how refunds work.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo is the seller of record for your transaction, handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and payment disputes, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices may vary by country; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Acceptable use

• Don't share, resell, or publicly scrape your access.
• Don't use a tutor to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
• Don't attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or other operational details of the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and ours

You own what you say and write in sessions. You give us permission to process it to run the service — deliver sessions, improve tutor quality, and keep the service safe — as described in our privacy policy. The service itself — tutors, personas, curricula, software, and branding — belongs to us.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the relationship

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms, and we may retire a tutor with reasonable notice — in which case remaining paid time is refunded pro rata.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
