Refunds & cancellation

This policy is deliberately short. We'd rather you cancel easily than feel trapped.
How the trial works
Every tutor starts with a 3-day trial. A payment card is required to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins and your card is charged when the trial ends — we'll have told you the exact date and amount at checkout.
How to cancel
- From your account page: Manage subscription → Cancel — two clicks, effective immediately, confirmation by email.
- Or email support@helpsyoulearn.comfrom your account address with the word "cancel". We process it within one business day and confirm in writing.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
- First charge:if you're unhappy for any reason, email us within 7 days of your first subscription charge and we refund it in full. No forms, no argument.
- Later charges:if something went wrong on our side — the tutor was unavailable, or quality clearly failed you — tell us and we'll refund the affected period.
- Billing errors: duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full as soon as we see them.
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments (our merchant of record) to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
